Egg plant with sambal

This is basically and easy dishes for most malaysian...including me...which is of course i am fan of sambal too...
So here i share you some recipe for u to look at and maybe try them...

Ingredients:(for 5-6person)
A
5 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1 big onions
Glass of water
*blend all of them& some tips put a lil oil to make sure that when u cook A ...they will easily cook...
B
Egg plant
(Fried half cook)
C cili boh or you can replace with chili powder

How to cook:
1.blend A
2.prepare your pan...and put some oil...after the oil is hot put A and wait until they turn brown or gold colour
3. Then,put C...
4.put some seasoning depends on your favourite
5.lastly, you can put the egg plant whether you fried it or just put them without fried them...
6.wait for the flavour blend well with the sambal...and...you can serve them
